Subjects of Desire is a thought provoking film that examines the cultural shift in beauty standards towards embracing (or appropriating) Black aesthetics and features, deconstructing what we understand about race and the power behind beauty.。Showtime宣布把Lisa Taddeo所写的非小说《三名女子 Three Women》改编成剧集，作者亦会负责改编剧本。在书中讲述了三名女子因性欲而影响到生活的真实故事，她们分别是一名30多岁的母亲，她因为丈夫拒绝肢体亲密而和高中恋人重燃爱火﹑一名23岁女子举报前教师，指控教师在女主17岁时与她发生性行为，以及一名餐馆女老板，她丈夫热爱看自己妻子与他人发生关系。。改编自真实故事，讲述南、北朝鲜分裂之前初次亦是最后一次以“Korea”之名，在1948年出征奥运篮球赛并且打入八强的故事。。
