俄罗斯版《大事件》由瑞典导演安德斯·班克（Anders Banke）执导，班克在莫斯科的电影学院念书，并且能够讲一口流利的俄语，他曾经导演《致命吸血鬼》，正是这部电影中透出的才华让俄罗斯制片公司看中，选择其拍摄《大事件》，这也是俄罗斯第一次翻拍香港电影。从公布的剧照、预告片来看，整部电影营造的警匪对抗的紧张气氛更为浓厚，另有不少爆炸戏份。。《放映路上》是为建党90周年献礼的重点影片，该片讲述了农村电影放映工作者郭建华，在农村文化战线36年如一日辛苦工作的感人事迹，影片再现了上世纪六七十年代农村露天电影人头攒动的盛况，再现了因电视进入千家万户造成电影萧条的悲凉景象，更反映了新时期农村电影市场复苏的大好局面。。‘Disco’s Revenge’ celebrates disco music’s true legacy of resistance and liberation.
