李军出身于医学世家，曾留学日本，结识了一位日本同窗好友佐藤，但他并不知道佐藤是他父亲在东京大地震中以生命为代价从火海中救出来的日本男孩。抗战爆发后，李军回到杭州继承祖业——李氏骨科诊所。一天，佐藤穿便装来到了李氏诊所，没过多久，杭州开始流行瘟疫，李军怀疑这次瘟疫与日本人的到来有关。为了找到证据，游击队何队长等决定抓“舌头”……。The body of a schoolgirl is found in a meadow.
