Chico one of the remaining members of The Magnificent Seven now lives in the town that they (The Seven) helped. One day someone comes and takes most of the men prisoner. His wife seeks out Chris, the leader of The Seven for help. Chris also meets Vin another member of The Seven. They find four other men and they go to help Chico.。本片讲述了语嫣、张天武两个原本都身患疾病的两个病人在偶然的机会下彼此认识，在此过程中，两人从开始的相互利用、条件互换逐步发展到真心相恋、相互鼓励、彼此共勉、一起抵抗病魔，虽然偶尔有争吵，相互也抱怨过，但两人都始终坚持不移的选择彼此。。居住在意大利的卢西奥·弗尔兹（卢西奥·弗尔兹饰，也是本片导演兼编剧）脑子时常会有谋杀案的场景出现，于是他边去拜访了一位心理医生（大卫·L·汤普森饰），两人一起寻找答案，结果却发现事情远远不是如他们所想的那么简单……。
