The Life & Times of Tim is an animated comedy that tells the story of Tim Dildarian, an average cubicle monkey in his mid 20s that works for the generic company "Omnicorp" in New York. Throughout the series, Tim constantly finds himself in increasingly awkward situations in both his work and personal life。郝婶早年丧夫，丈夫留下了一座大厦。郝婶带着大侄子郝运超，把这大厦出租。 结果来了很多租客：苏逸涵（漂亮能干），钱涓涓（情妇），赖小满（富家千金），伍家宽（心理医生）。众房客在这座欢喜楼里，演绎出了一幕幕人间的欢喜剧……。
