國際保障未成年少男少女身心健康發展協會會員Dr.K (譚耀文) 質疑司徒老闆（林敏聰) 舉辦的選秀活動「新星產線」利用年輕人追夢的心理，從中榨壓勒索，嚴重危害大批青少年身心發展，然而協會目前面臨營運困難，只好將貨就價重新聘用被革職的問題會員雷紫荊（盧瀚霆) 協助調查，意外令娛樂記者夏日葵（蘇皓兒）、九線歌手白百合（李靜儀）及解救堂妹元萱（陳紫萱）的元螢（李炘頣）組成假冒女團參賽⋯。1933年第一次淞沪战事结束之后，旅华日本浪人组织“樱花会”在日本军方授意下大量印制伪钞，并由蛇蝎美人山口惠子委派冷面杀手陆振魁携巨额假美钞潜入美国，勾结武装“卡帮”，妄图伺机破坏美国的本土经济、削弱美国的参战能力，遏制美国的强国趋势。。Sir Robert Chiltern is a successful Government minister, well-off and with a loving wife.
